It's the day before we leave.  We are about ready to go -- pretty much packed.  David packed on Sunday and then I removed half of what he wanted to take.  He's funny because he loves to wear the same clothes every day but when we go on vacation, he packs a million outfits!!!  Nope.  We are wearing a pair of pants and taking two others.  Wearing a shirt and taking two others.  Two sweaters.  Wear one pair of shoes, take one other.  Underclothes and toiletries and we are all set.  What else do you need???

Today we are doing last minute stuff:  getting haircuts, taking the recycling, picking up the euro we will take to start our trip, etc.  And of course I have to have a manicure/pedicure.  Wouldn't want to show up in France poorly groomed!

For dinner tonight we are having sandwiches.  That's about all that's left here to eat except for canned goods.  We always clean out the refrigerator before we go anywhere.  We definitely do not want to come home to spoiled food!

One more sleep and then off we go.
